Awan Luxury Transfers (ALT)
These Terms & Conditions constitute the Agreement between the passenger, the credit card holder, and/or the person making the reservation (collectively referred to as the “Customer”) and Awan Luxury Transfers (ALT).
Upon confirmation and acceptance by ALT, this Agreement supersedes all prior verbal or written agreements and applies to all current and future reservations made with ALT.
The Customer represents that they are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

1. Payments & Booking Policy
- Valid payment information must be provided at the time of booking.
- All reservations are subject to minimum hourly requirements as listed below:
Minimum Booking Requirements:
- Executive Sedan: 3 Hours
- Executive SUV: 3 Hours
- Luxury Sedan: 3 Hours
- Luxury SUV: 3 Hours
- Sprinter / Mercedes Van: 3 Hours
- Mini Bus (24–41 passengers): 4 Hours
- Motor Coach (52–56 passengers): 5 Hours
- Greeter Services: 3 Hours
- Contract pricing reflects estimated charges and may be adjusted based on actual service usage.
- Wait time on airport or point-to-point transfers:
- 15 minutes complimentary grace period
- After grace period, billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate
- Mini Bus and Motor Coach services are billed in full one-hour increments
- No refunds will be issued for unused reserved time.
- Toll charges, parking fees, airport fees, and applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice.
- By providing a credit card, Customer authorizes ALT to charge all applicable amounts without additional signatures. Final charges are determined upon trip completion.

2. Cancellation Policy
All reservations require minimum cancellation notice. Failure to cancel within required timeframes will result in full charge of the reservation.
Cancellation Notice Requirements:
- Executive Sedan & SUV: 2 Hours
- Luxury Sedan & SUV: 72 Hours
- Sprinter / Mercedes Van: 72 Hours
- Mini Bus (24–41 passengers): 7 Days
- Motor Coach (52–56 passengers): 14 Days
- Greeter Services: 72 Hours
ALT reserves the right to modify cancellation terms during high-demand dates, holidays, premium days, or special events.

3. Rules of Conduct
For safety, comfort, and vehicle preservation:
•Strictly No Smoking in vehicles. A minimum $325 fee will be charged for any burn damage.
•Any unusual spills, stains, excessive cleaning, or damage caused by Customer or guests will result in a minimum $325 cleaning/damage fee.
•Vehicles may not exceed legal seating capacity.
•No alcohol permitted if any passenger is under 21 years of age.
•ALT chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse or terminate service due to gross misconduct, unsafe behavior, or intoxication.
•ALT is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.

4. Liability & Service Limitations
- ALT is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, road closures, mechanical breakdowns, or any circumstances beyond its control.
- ALT shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to missed flights, lost income, attorney fees, or financial losses arising from services provided.
- All reservation details are deemed accurate unless corrected prior to service.

5. Agreement Validity
By booking service with Awan Luxury Transfers (ALT), the Customer agrees to all terms stated herein.
This Agreement applies to all services booked now and in the future unless superseded by a revised written agreement issued by ALT.
